About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Jira Administrator to join the Spotnana team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining our Jira instance.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our project management tool and support the needs of our users.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and administer Jira, including user management, project configuration, and customizations
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Jira
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain Jira workflows, schemes, and custom fields
  • Manage the integration of Jira with other tools and systems
  • Train users on how to effectively use Jira for their projects
  • Stay uptodate with new Jira releases and features, and evaluate their potential impact on our operations
  • Perform routine maintenance and backups to ensure the reliability and security of Jira

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Proven experience as a Jira Administrator, with a strong understanding of Jira functionality and architecture
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Jira REST APIs and SQL
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management is a plus
  • Familiarity with other Atlassian products such as Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo is a plu

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
