Customize Jira projects, workflows, screens, fields, and other components to meet business requirements.
Optimize Confluence spaces, templates, and macros to improve user experience and efficiency.
Develop and maintain custom scripts and reports as needed.
Provide technical support for Jira and Confluence users, solve issues, and resolve them in a timely manner.
Perform regular system audits, backups, and performance tuning.
Ensure systems are up-to-date with the latest patches and versions.
Build and maintain comprehensive documentation for Jira and Confluence configurations, processes, and standard methodologies.
Conduct training sessions for users and customers to promote standard methodologies and effective use of Jira and Confluence.
Work closely with IT, development teams, project managers, and other customers to understand requirements and provide solutions.
Participate in multi-functional team meetings to gather requirements and provide input on system enhancements.
Ensure Jira and Confluence are aligned with internal security policies and external regulations.
Lead user access and permissions to maintain system security.
This role may require occasional on-call support and the ability to work flexible hours.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.emonstrated ability in administering and configuring Jira and Confluence.
Atlassian certifications (, ACP-100 Jira Administrator, ACP-200 Confluence Administrator) are a plus.
Skills
:
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence administration.

Experience with Jira Query Language (JQL) and scripting languages (, Groovy, Python).Familiarity with database management and SQL.Knowledge of ITSM, Agile, and DevOps practices.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
