Statutory Compliance

Experience: 1 to 2 yrs
- Registration, Renewal, Amendment across pan India under shop and establishment act ,CLRA Act ,Municipality act, FSSAI act and various labour laws.
- S&E, CLRA, Trade license and all establishment one time registration
- Monthly/Quarterly/Bi annual/Half yearly/Annual return preparation & submission to department under various Acts.
- Responsible to ensure uptodate statutory Compliances of Shops in establishment and other acts
- Coordinating with clients on Labour compliance and issues and maintaining client relations.
- Sending a Daily/ weekly reports to higher authorities.(MIS Report)
- Handling Quires of associates Employee & Client (employer)
- Preparation of applicable returns and coordination with clients for data collection for register, returns and statutory workings
Technical Requirements:_
- Plus Skills: Should know the excel use
- Should have good communication skills
- Should be able to handle client individually

Salary: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
