Job descriptionRole & responsibilities

Liaising with PF/ESIC/PT/LWF/Labour/Wage authorities PAN India.
Handling of PF/ESI/PT/LWF /Labour Authority inspections independently.
Compliance and closure of notices received from Statutory Authorities.
Registration Licenses (New/Renewal/Amendment) under PF/ESI/BOCW/CLRA Acts.

Responsible for timely statutory payments towards ESIC, PF., Professional Tax, L.W.F, Maternity benefit returns, other compliances, payments towards half yearly CLA, annual returns towards.

Working knowledge of drafting warning letters, show causes, charge sheets and conducting domestic enquiries.
Attending to legal notices and its immediate reply in consultation with Company legal department/Advocates.
Excellent Knowledge of labour lawsExpertise in handling statutory compliances and statutory inspectionsThrough knowledge in statutory remittances

Preferred candidate profileCandidate with 3+ Years of Experience in Statutory Compliance.
Candidate should have good Communication and Leadership skills.
