We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operational Incharge to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating with different departments such as purchase and procurement, production, warehouse, and R&D teams to ensure a smooth operational flow.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Purchase and Procurement Team to ensure material connectivity and availability, optimize processes and costs, and maintain supplier relationships.

- Work with Production and Scaling-Up Team to efficiently execute production plans, assist in scaling up processes, and ensure quality control and timely adherence.

- Coordinate with Warehouse Team to oversee material connectivity and inventory management, and implement effective warehousing strategies.

- Collaborate with R&D Team to support product development, provide operational insights for enhanced efficiency.

- Overall Management including scheduling and executing manufacturing orders, monitoring and analyzing operational performance, minimizing wastage, ensuring compliance with standards and policies.

Qualifications Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operational management, preferably in personal care or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain and inventory management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
