The objective of this position is to drive new business growth for Amazon's suite of seller services across businesses of all sizes.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing agreements with third-party sellers. Your success will be measured by the product selection and revenue your clients bring to the platform.

You will work in a dynamic sales environment, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to build long-term business opportunities.

We are looking for an individual who can think strategically about business, product, and e-commerce challenges, and effectively communicate compelling value propositions to sellers of all sizes.

To excel in this role, you will need superior communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, you will work autonomously, taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives.

This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Gain a deep understanding of Amazon Services' products and services and effectively communicate their functions and benefits to external audiences.
  • Collaborate in defining the target seller base and industry verticals, influencing a sales plan aligned with our global seller business direction.
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to establish priorities and develop account targets that align with category strategy and local market knowledge.
  • Track and report performance using appropriate metrics, consistently achieving productivity and seller satisfaction targets.
  • Engage with internal and external customers/teams to gather insights and enhance our products and business processes.
  • Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the unique value proposition for their business and use case, and establish successful, long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with senior executives at interested sellers, negotiate deals effectively, and assist in the onboarding process.
  • Review and monitor the performance and sales of key partners, actively managing their performance.
