Role

Join our Outsourcing Department within the Operations function, where you'll be involved in serving Investment Management clients. Your responsibilities will include implementing process control procedures, addressing operational issues, and enhancing customer service through tailored approaches.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Strong background in accounting, financial services, or capital markets
  • Demonstrate expertise in operations management, risk assessment, and team leadership
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Showcase excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in managing global teams
  • Responsible for business deliverables related to Accounting, Reporting, and Fee Billing functions
  • Lead team efforts, ensure timely completion of tasks, and oversee client report deliveries
  • Manage performance, training, and development of team members
  • Ensure compliance with SLA requirements, maintain performance indicators, and implement corrective measures
  • Interact effectively with global teams and oversee daily processes

KNOWLEDGE / Skills / Experience

Essential

  • Strong background in accounting, financial services, or capital markets
  • Demonstrated expertise in operations management, risk assessment, and team leadership
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to address technical issues independently, and work proactively with global teams
  • Demonstrate core skills and competencies over a minimum of 24 months and industry experience of 6+ years

Experience

  • Minimum 24 months in a Technical Coordinator/Associate Consultant role
  • Over 5 years of work experience in Financial Services, preferably Investment Banking or Investment Management
  • Deep understanding of Accounting, Reporting, and Fee Billing concepts
  • Experience in leading staff and processes
