Responsibilities:

  • Strong accounting/financial services/capital markets work experience or equivalent knowledge
  • Demonstrate strong operations knowledge including secondary review & controls, risks & mitigation
  • Show day-to-day team management, mentor/coach team members, and provide feedback
  • Display analytical ability, problem-solving, and escalation of issues
  • Intermediate proficiency of MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal language skills, ability to independently address technical & non-technical issues
  • Ensure delivery of all client reports accurately and within specified timeframes
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators and corrective measures for operational improvement
  • Lead the team, set priorities, and ensure timely and accurate completion of work
  • Maintain oversight and controls over daily processes
  • Interact effectively with the home country team to resolve exceptions and enhance service delivery

KNOWLEDGE / Skills / Experience:

  • Solid accounting/financial services/capital markets work experience or equivalent knowledge
  • Experience in day-to-day team management, mentorship, and feedback sharing
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience, preferably in Financial Services
  • Strong understanding of Accounting/Reporting/Fee Billing concepts
  • Leadership experience in staff management and process improvement
