Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong accounting, financial services, and capital markets experience
  • Show strong operations knowledge, including secondary review and controls, risks and mitigation
  • Manage day-to-day team operations, mentor team members, and provide feedback
  • Utilize analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and escalate issues as needed
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms, address technical and non-technical issues independently, conduct knowledge sharing sessions, troubleshoot proactively, manage escalations, and collaborate with global teams
  • Exhibit core skills and competencies in the current role over a period of at least 24 months or with 6+ years of industry experience
  • Responsible for business deliverables of Accounting, Reporting, and Fee Billing functions

Lead and organize team work, set priorities, ensure timely completion of tasks, and deliver client reports accurately and on time

Address escalations and focus on resolving complex transactions; interpret policies, guidelines, and processes where expertise is required

Maintain and monitor Key Performance Indicators, implement corrective measures to enhance performance, and ensure team complies with Clients' SLAs

Supervise and develop team members, provide training, monitor performance, allocate tasks fairly, and arrange cover during absences

Ensure oversight and controls over daily processes, interact with home country team, and improve service delivery

Knowledge / Skills / Experience:

  • Demonstrate accounting, financial services, and capital markets experience
  • Show strong operations knowledge, including secondary review and controls, risks and mitigation
  • Manage day-to-day team operations, mentor team members, and provide feedback
  • Utilize analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and escalate issues as needed

  • Exhibit core skills and competencies in the current role over a period of at least 24 months and have 6+ years of industry experience

Experience:

  • 24 months as a Technical Coordinator/Associate Consultant
  • Over 5 years of working experience
  • Industry experience in Financial Services, preferably Investment Banking and Investment Management
  • Solid understanding of Accounting, Reporting, and Fee Billing concepts
  • Experience in leading staff and processes
