Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary role of the Business Development Executive is to identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, tele-calling, cold emails, , and online databases. The candidate will be responsible for preparing proposals, arranging meetings with clients and sales managers, managing existing client relationships, handling new requirements, and preparing work reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, cold emails, , and online databases.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Prepare and customize proposals to meet client needs.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings between potential clients and sales managers.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients , handling new requirements or tasks.
  • Assign tasks and new requirements to respective staff and ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed work reports and updates on client interactions and project status.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align business development activities with overall company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a business development or similar role.
  • Proven track record of identifying and converting potential leads into clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the marketing or software development industry.
  • Knowledge of software development, social media management, SEO, and digital marketing services.
