What will you be doing...

  • Provide help and advice to customers using DrinkPrime's protocols or services;
  • Communicate courteously with customers;
  • Handle customer's complaints/inquiries or requests;
  • Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
  • Work across different teams (Sales, operations, delivery, finance, etc) for effective and
fast issue resolution;

What we need in you...

  • 01 year of experience in a customerfacing role
  • Excellent written & spoken English communication skills
  • Strong sense of customer empathy
  • Experience in working on ticketing tools like
  • Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.
  • Strong problemsolving skills
