Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing client wise trade allocation files for executing trade in PMS.
  • Preparing/reviewing client data as required by Investment team, preparing distributor commission calculations basis terms of distributor agreement.
  • Coordinating with custody and Fund accountant for trade settlement.
  • Coordinating with brokers, Fund Accountant, Custody, Banker, Investors and distributors for queries by investment team and investors.
  • Handling of taxation of funds/fund manager including TDS, GST, Income Tax working, payment, returns in coordination with tax consultants (CA).
  • Support to auditors in annual and quarterly audit of Funds and Investment manager.
  • Maintaining books of account of manager entity in tally.


 Reconciliations
  • Vendor ledger, Bank, Custody etc.
  • Processing vendor and reimbursement payments on timely basis.
  • Support to head of the department in tax, regulatory, RBI compliance, audit,
etc.
