About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Portfolio Management Services (PMS) operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Daily Operations Management

  - Oversee PMS operations, implement strategies for improved efficiency

  - Monitor operational metrics and KPIs


2. Account Opening and KYC Process

  - Manage account opening and KYC compliance

  - Coordinate with custody for smooth onboarding


3. Transaction Execution and Fund Management

  - Oversee investment transactions and coordinate with custody

  - Ensure accurate fund mapping and accounting using Wealth Spectrum


4. Reporting and Compliance

  - Generate and analyse reports using Wealth Spectrum

  - Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations

  - Conduct internal checks


5. Client Query Management

  - Establish efficient systems for handling and resolving client queries


6. Team Leadership

  - Train, manage, and develop the operations team

  - Assist in recruitment and team building


Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

- 5+ years in financial operations, 3+ years in PMS management

- Strong knowledge of financial markets, PMS strategies, and SEBI regulations

- Proficiency in Wealth Spectrum and financial software

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills


Preferred:

- Experience with multiple custodians

- Knowledge of PMS Platforms and Providers like Wealth Spectrum
