- Preference for candidates who have worked in companies with 300 employees or more, especially those with multiple branches and subsidiaries.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the fields of healthcare, commerce, investment, and manufacturing.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and motivation skills.
- Proficient in delegating tasks and effectively controlling work.
- Strong logical thinking, decisiveness, flexibility, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Fluency in English
