Company Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends. Analyze potential customers and competitors.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Customize presentations based on client needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, pricing, and contracts with clients. Ensure that contracts are in line with company policies and objectives.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track and report on sales performance and progress towards goals. Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness. Collaborate with the product development team to understand product offerings and enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software & microsoft office suite.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • CRM experience is preferred.

Domain & Technical Skills

  • Preferred with experience of business development in technical services for Commercial (data centers, offices, retail stores, hotel etc.) & Industrial sector
  • Ability to conduct market research
  • Sales & marketing automation tools
  • Experience with professional networking platforms
  • Ability to write technical documents such as business plans, strategy documents & reports that require clarity & precision.
