For more information, visit .Job overviewThe incumbent will manage sourcing and screening part of the recruitment process for different functions.
The individual will be required to collaborate with the talent acquisition team and leverage different souring channels to create a healthy pipelin e.
Key responsibilitiesAssist the talent acquisition team in sourcing profiles/building strong pipeline of candidates from different channels, databases, social media etc.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve sourcing strategies and processesProactively source and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and networkingConduct organization mapping and market intelligence to identify talent trends, competitor insights, and industry best practicesInvolved in customized screening and contacting the applicants to determine qualification, current role, and interest level.
Represents and promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.Support the team in maintaining/updating the candidate database and relevant trackers Skills and activities
Skills and activitiesExtensive experience in sourcing channels like and LinkedIn recruiterDeep understanding of sourcing techniques i.e., Boolean search, X-ray search, operators/modifiers, referencingetc.
Education and experienceWe are seeking a high calibre individual to maintain our exceptional standards
This person should have:
Master's degree in HR would be preferred3–7 years' work experience in a recruitment research/consulting/professional services firm is preferredMust have strong experience in headhunting, organization mapping, and market intelligence
