As Airblack enters our next phase of growth to build the largest skilling academy in India, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to work directly with our Founder and leadership team to drive crucial recruitment initiatives.

The TA Manager would directly contribute to business growth by owning our inside-sales hiring operations and ensuring key talent requirements are met across other core functions.


The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of recruiting and talent acquisition through various sources including campuses and Tier 2 cities.

What would you be doing? Collaborate with Airblack's business leaders and drive end-to-end talent recruitment and onboarding to meet all full-time and contractual talent needs across the organization.

Own mass-hiring for Airblack's inside-sales team through both campus hiring and recruiting through platforms like Naukri and .

Become a key 0-1 contributor to Airblack's center expansion across North and West India As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Airblack, your primary mission is to efficiently and effectively source, screen, and hire top talent to support our growth objectives.

Leveraging your expertise in talent acquisition, particularly within the edtech industry, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume recruitment process aimed at delivering 8-10 joiners per week.

Utilize matrices and data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for each role. Leverage your bulk hiring experience in the edtech industry to attract and engage top talent through various channels. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with Airblack's culture and values. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies. Work directly with the leadership team on strategic team expansion and performance initiatives.

You will be in the driving seat for crucial growth initiatives, as we scale Airblack's revenue and profitability by 10x in the next 2 years What makes you a suitable candidate? We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
Bachelor or Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-4 years experience in a Talent Acquisition role. Previous experience working with inside-sales-driven organizations is preferable. Experience with campus recruitment and recruitment from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. Strong communication and public speaking skills in both Hindi and English. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations. Demonstrated success in delivering high-volume recruitment targets while maintaining quality standards. Proficiency in using matrices and data analysis to drive recruitment decisions and optimize processes. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment. Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the leadership and the team.
