Job Description: We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will spearhead the recruitment process, focusing on acquiring top-tier talent for executive-level roles, including C-suite positions. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will manage a team of recruiters and collaborate closely with department heads and senior management to meet the company's staffing requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the talent acquisition team, offering guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure the team achieves its goals and secures high-quality candidates.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent for executive positions, including C-suite roles.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to grasp hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent demands.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as networking, direct sourcing, referrals, and social media, to engage passive candidates.
  • Handle the complete recruitment process, from posting jobs to candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
  • Establish and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for existing and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure adherence to all pertinent employment laws and regulations during recruitment.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor recruitment metrics, identify areas for enhancement, and make data-driven choices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and talent acquisition best practices, implementing innovative strategies to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Create a positive candidate journey throughout recruitment, ensuring timely communication and feedback to all candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from a top-tier college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a successful history of recruiting for executive roles.
  • Prior experience in managing a recruitment team and overseeing the entire recruitment process.
  • Solid grasp of executive search techniques, including sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and senior executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across various departments.
  • Strategic mindset, capable of thinking innovatively and crafting creative recruitment strategies.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
