Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead - Talent Acquisition to join our HR team.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, demonstrating strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent.
As the Lead - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, building a robust talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highquality candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Analyze market trends and adjust recruiting strategies to remain competitive.
Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Engage with passive candidates and develop longterm relationships.
Candidate Screening and Selection:
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Administer and evaluate candidate assessments and tests.
- Ensure the selection process is fair, unbiased, and compliant with legal and company policies.
Candidate Experience Management:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed about their application status.
- Enhance employer branding and promote the company as an employer of choice.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals.
- Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the recruitment team.
- Partner with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs, such as timetofill, costperhire, and quality of hire.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and make datadriven decisions.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Implement best practices in recruitment to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in recruitment technology.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 46 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in leading teams.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
