About the internship:

Job Overview: At Dhwani RIS, we are always looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our staff. We re seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to help us source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, identifying, and screening candidates for various positions in our company.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll work closely with our team to support the hiring process. We're seeking someone with strong communication and organizational skills, along with a keen interest in talent acquisition. While prior experience in talent acquisition is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in hiring for both Tech/non-Tech roles such as frontend and backend (Node JS, Angular, DevOps, PHP), IT Project Managers, Manual Testers, Project Manager, Analyst, Sales Managers etc.

Engage with talent partners and universities to attract top candidates.

Help in identifying, engaging, and closing recruitment within deadlines.

Support in creating and implementing candidate hiring processes.

Build relationships with hiring managers for clear expectations.

Assist in sourcing candidates from online platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri.

Assist in planning and conducting screening calls and assessments.

Support in organizing job fairs and recruitment events.

Maintain records of recruitment materials for stakeholders.

Essential Requirement:

Comfortable taking on visible tasks and responsibilities.

Developing analytical and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrates honesty, ethical behavior, and reliability.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
