Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting market research to identify potential candidates and industry trends

2. Performing a market mapping exercise to discover untapped talent pools

3. Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews

4. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates

5. Maintaining accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system

6. Collaborating with team members on special projects to enhance talent acquisition strategy

Requirements:

1. High energy and driven personality

2. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

3. Positive and motivating attitude
