Currently seeking applications for the position of HRO - Employee HR Services

As an influential figure, you will need to understand the business inside out, ensuring your value is evident to both the client group and the HR organization. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a diverse and evolving environment while enjoying the process of achieving remarkable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in handling complex transaction processing cases and issues
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and other relevant teams on complex cases
  • Oversee and manage business processes for data modifications and updates
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing processes
  • Manage organizational change communications effectively
  • Handle global assignment cases (mobility) following defined processes and Standard Operating Procedures aligned with Centers of Excellence
  • Manage Localization, repatriation, and assignment extensions as per SOPs
  • Provide guidance and support to fellow team members

Qualifications we are looking for:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Solid experience in HR shared services/Operations
  • Proficiency in managing HR processes and understanding of Workforce data administration
  • Experience with HCM platforms like SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle etc., preferably SuccessFactors
  • Proven capability in creating dashboards, analytics, and reports
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communication to ensure smooth information flow

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • MBA/Relevant Certifications from reputable organizations are advantageous
  • Ability to thrive in unstructured settings and work independently
  • Effective in handling multiple complex issues and prioritizing projects
  • Adept at operating at all levels of the HR domain - Strategic, operational, and tactical
