About the internship:

As a Human Resources intern at Visdum, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HRIS, recruitment, and language proficiency. You will work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions and initiatives, while also developing your skills and knowledge in the field. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech company environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems to streamline HR processes.

2. Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

3. Communicate effectively in spoken English with candidates, employees, and external partners.

4. Develop written communication skills by drafting emails, memos, and other HR-related documents.

5. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

6. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

7. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment through active participation and support.
