About the internship:

Are you a proactive and enthusiastic individual looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources? Zimeshare Technologies (OPC) Private Limited is seeking a talented HR intern with excellent English proficiency (written) to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work closely with our HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job postings.

2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.

3. Handle employee records and data entry, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

4. Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.

5. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and diversity initiatives.

6. Coordinate employee events and activities to promote a positive work culture.

7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
