Technical Product Support Engineer

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support on site: diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment
- Responsible for all aspects of technical support for customers: escalations, fleet performance, proactive activities, system install schedules, programs and upgrades
- Captures and collects issues and reports design, reliability and maintenance problems to design engineering
- Attends Customer Field Issues meetings and presents updates on field issue resolution actions.
- Supports NPI (New Product Introduction) at key customers
- Conducts CE training as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Onsite Technical Product Support experience in installing and troubleshooting complex hardware equipment
- Open to 60% travel to leading semiconductor chip manufacturing fabs overseas
- Detail oriented with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, and ability to work independently
Education:
Masters in Electrical/Mechanical Engg with 2+ years of work experience or Bachelor in Electrical/Mechanical Engg with 5+ years of work experience
