Job Description
Your responsibilities as a Business Manager (Training):
Trainer, coordinates and oversees internal and external Training operations. In addition, this position establishes and manages relationships between the Key internal teams, clients and other stakeholders. This position also promotes a team-oriented environment through people development, strong leadership, continuous improvement, and cross-functional support. Primary responsibility is to ensure developing and delivering various training contents, coaching, and mentoring. Facilitation skills, semi technical skills, expertise in domain, operational alignment and ability to absorb project and update roll out communication to sufficiently transfer learning to operational staff. Secondary responsibility is supervision, reporting and leadership. Should be willing to travel (domestic and/or International) Proven experience on Google Marketing platform preferred DV360, GA360 and TradeDesk Strong grasp of overall adtech space( Exchange, Affiliate, Ad servers, DSP, SSP, Analytics and other) including but not limited to ad serving, media planning and buying, tag management, analytics and reporting Hands on experience in online advertising whether at a publisher, agency, trading desk, Technology Company, or end-advertiser Should be able to support team by offering strategic architectural insight in client's holistic digital advertising strategy Improve service delivery capabilities and team's skills set and book of business via internal and external training program Experience with Adobe suite would be an added advantage Should be able to create customized training plans for New Hires (fresher's & experienced) and existing resources Candidate should be able to design, plan and execute cross skill training for the existing resources from different capabilities (Social, SEO, Programmatic & E-Commerce) Should keep a track of all required platform certification across organization Should be able to provide learning through various forms of training i.e. through case studies, live cases, webinar and classroom trainings Candidate would be required to work with platform partners in Beta testing/new feature launch, and certification.Qualifications
