Roles & Responsibilities
Planning & Strategy
- Mange and be accountable for recruitment needs of the assigned functions and businesses, driving efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism through the entire recruitment cycle; this includes ensuring the translation of business plans to into recruitment plans through demand & supply planning.
- Responsible for drawing effective strategies to drive continuous improvement in hiring KPIs – Productivity, Fulfilment ratios, Time to hire, Cost per hire, Revenue Assurance, Partner strategy and Source mix diversification.
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication) by means of systems, technologies, and process excellence.
Client Service Culture:
- Drive a client service culture throughout all channels of recruitment, ensuring that all activities are managed to agreed timescales and clearly communicated throughout.
- Be a champion and stay up to date with the latest recruiting trends both within the technology industry as well as throughout other progressive companies. Understand and adapt to the changing technology landscape and market dynamics.
- Manage and leverage next generation (AI/ML) recruiting technology to enhance business results, provide scalability, process flow and compliance.
- Provide subject matter expertise and continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency of the hiring model and processes which can drive resourcing quality and cost, thus improving the talent pipeline.
Market Mapping & Market Intelligence:
- Build and maintain strong relationships cross functional stakeholders to share best practice; partnering with peers to ensure that we translate TA priorities into broader business plans and conversely sharing market intelligence, market mapping to ensure fulfilment risk management/mitigation & future readiness.
Branding & Marketing ML
- Embed the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) into recruitment programs, branding initiatives, and processes to attract and retain talent for Microland.
- Build credibility and relationships with high potential talent and create a healthy pipeline of new age talent for future requirement.
Team Management:
- Build and manage a diverse multifunctional talent acquisition team.
- Drive excellence in team outcomes through team development and team performance assessment.
Pre-requisites for the role:
- Prefer an MBA from premier B-school.
- Overall 15+ Yrs. s of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in TA delivery within an IT Service Industry.
- Strong background in revenue and margin driven Talent Acquisition.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- High confidence driven by subject matter expertise and experience and ease to deal with senior leadership team.
- Comfort with data, analytics driving this person to use and manage metrics effectively.
- High learning agility that allows to learn the company's culture and embrace it quickly
- Strong program management skills with a bias for action
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and demonstrate initiative, results-orientation, with a constant focus on service delivery is critical
