You'll be a growth champion, driving success by:
- Owning high-potential accounts: Cultivate deep relationships with key decision-makers, becoming their trusted advisor and unlocking the transformative power of our solutions.
- Acquiring new logos: Partner with marketing and BDR teams to identify, qualify, and close highvalue deals, expanding our footprint across India.
- Maximizing existing accounts: Collaborate with the Account Management team to uncover upsell and crosssell opportunities, driving sustained revenue growth.
- Fueling the sales engine: Possess an infectious enthusiasm for closing deals, overcoming challenges, and exceeding ambitious targets.
- Mastering the forecast: Ensure accurate and accountable forecasting, keeping stakeholders informed and confident.
- Championing CRM excellence: Utilize the CRM system effectively for data entry, opportunity management, and insightful reporting.
You're the ideal candidate if you:
- Have 10+ years of proven success in B2B sales ownership, preferably in the technology services or related industries.
- Possess a strong understanding of Retail, eCommerce, Consumer Goods, and Real Estate sectors.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, influencing and winning over key decisionmakers.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, leading by example and inspiring your team to achieve remarkable results.
- Are a datadriven decisionmaker, adept at analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, and optimizing strategies for sustained growth.
