As an Art Director , you will help concept, art/photo direct, and design [INSERT DISCIPLINE] for Target. You will think conceptually, strategically, and work effectively helping develop world-class creative across different platforms —including [EDIT ACCORDINGLY] video, broadcast, print, digital, social media, experiential, in-store, , e-mail, promotions, and activations. You will collaborate to execute projects by ideating, photo art directing, designing, and helping manage production details. You will champion innovative thinking and you will be expected to multi-task and co-create with associate creative directors, copywriters, strategists, planners, designers, and cross functional partners. Critical to the role is staying current with the latest [EDIT ACCORDINGLY] retail, style (fashion, home, beauty, décor), food & beverage, cultural, art, graphic, and tech trends and demonstrate application to projects. You will continuously reference competitive work and design systems to apply learnings into projects and to deepen your understanding of the Target brand, the Target experience, and our guest.

About you:
4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience 5+ years of professional experience or relevant skills A strong creative portfolio demonstrating Target brand expectations Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) Desire and ability to learn quickly Ability to establish rapport with peers Strong attention to detail Basic print, digital, and social media skills-
