Target Creative's
Brand Design Lab
is the in-house creative team dedicated to bringing one of the world's most beloved and recognizable owned brands to life.
Some of the brands we have built are Good & Gather, Favorite Day, Ever Spring, Hearth & Hand, Cat & Jack, Goodfellow & Co.
Operating as one fully integrated team in both the U.S.and India, the team comprises the best and brightest talent to execute market-leading creative strategy, packaging design & brand building.
We are proud to say that we have not just one or two, but eleven brands with sales above a billion dollars each.
Our owned brands have grown by 18% YOY and contributed to USD 30 billion in sales last year.
As a Senior Manager, Associate Creative Director (ACD), you'll be a driving force in Target Creative by leading a creative team that supports our Style businesses – fashion, home, beauty and baby.
You will establish strategies for achieving individual and team goals that align to the broader Target Creative vision and drive successful outcomes.
We'll support you along the way with personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Senior Manager, Associate Creative Director.

Four-year degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of industry experience including video, direct mail, social, digital, influencers and experiential marketing
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people, including providing meaningful feedback and managing performance
Broad knowledge of style marketing categories
Possesses refined presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to align partners in high stakes moments
Ability to lead a team through challenging moments, keeping them motivated and results-focused
