As a Manager in the digital space, you will lead a team of Quality Analysts to bring the creative vision, business approach across digital channels , Target App, E-mail and Social) . Your role will encompass different facets per project from understanding business requirements through QA validation of approved concepts to provide best user experience. Multi-tasking and collaborating with partners across creative, site merchandising and technology disciplines, you need to be well versed with Front-end QA methodologies. You should also possess good presentation skills in providing business overview, timely updates to partners across the organization, including senior leadership. You will deliver on business goals and objectives and advocate for empathy with your passion to understand guest needs and journeys. You will be a part of the Digital team and play a key role in defining the strategy, optimize processes and drive automation. You'll partner with teams in Bengaluru and Minneapolis to deliver on our Expect More. Pay Less. Brand promise.

About you:

4-year college degree in Digital Marketing / Quality Assurance and/or equivalent experience preferred 6 – 8+ years of relevant professional experience with a preferred 4+ yrs. of Digital experience Lead a high-functioning team of analysts to deliver executional excellence in a fast-paced work environment Be a team player in working diligently with cross-functional teams
(Creative, Copy, UI Engineering, Accessibility, Item Data, Product, Site Merchandising & Operations) Manage team capacity, assignments and support Team Member development plans Know-how of QA methodologies / Having Quality certification Expert knowledge of Content / Program Management applications + Bug tracking applications (Sales Force, JIRA, Bugzilla etc.) Strong Operations portfolio in Retail / E-commerce domain, with a focus on delivering best guest experience Knowledge of Brand guidelines / Style guide and efficient adherence across channels Decision making ability in accordance with set SLA Adapt to new business requirements, timelines Define and drive team goals and metrics Document processes & best practices Action oriented with ability to prioritize and drive results Strong analytical and critical thinking ability Strong written and verbal communication skills Flexible to travel as needed
