Business Development Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for Business Development Manager to join and help us in building the business.
To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Generate sales qualified opportunities through proactive multi outreach prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Business Development:
Identify, strategize and engage with potential prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points, and position Techzert's solutions as viable solutions.
Collaboration:
work closely with sales leads / management.
Account Research:
Conduct thorough research on prospects and target accounts to gather valuable insights into their industry, business needs, pain points, decision-making processes, and key stakeholders .
Utilize various resources and tools to gather data and analyze market trends, company details, current solution, fleet size, budget allocation, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for engagement.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships.
Pipeline Management:
Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement to drive conversions.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market insights to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Good to have experience in IT sales in BFSI/NBFC domain.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
