Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, manage client expectations
  • Strategic Planning: Develop digital strategies in line with client objectives
  • Project Management: Coordinate resources for project execution
  • Communication: Lead client account management matters
  • Internal Liaising: Collaborate with internal teams for timely results
  • Feedback and Reporting: Collect feedback, monitor campaign performance, and generate reports
  • Problem Solving: Proactively address client concerns and find solutions
  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities with clients
  • Billings: Manage account billings and collections

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in digital marketing
  • Client Servicing Manager experience in a digital agency setting
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and production processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools
  • Knowledge of various digital channels
