Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive communication with customers to provide support and assistance before, during, and after a campaign via chats and tickets.
  • Setting up campaign pages and ensuring they are ready for launch.
  • Managing and prioritizing technical tasks related to campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the international team on various campaigns.
  • Providing feedback to the technology development team to constantly improve our services.
  • Creating and updating documentation on various features and tools of the platform.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles (Listen to customers and share their feedback, avoid fillers, English proficiency, empathy and listening skills).
  • Strong communication skills in English verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Handling different types of customers & queries.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced startup environment.
  • Experience working with support tools eg. Zendesk Support, Zoho Desk, etc. is highly preferred.
  • Familiar with project management platforms like Asana or another similar platform
  • Holding a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent diploma with more than 1 year of total work experience. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • You will be working a 5day workweek on a shift basis with any 2 days off. Please note that the shift timings can change depending on the company's needs.
