Product:

We are proud to present our new line of product, the KD ECO+ Laminates. Revolutionizing traditional surface solutions, KD ECO+ Laminates brings a new surface decoration material experience that subverts traditional PVC and melamine materials. KD ECO+ Laminate, made of non-toxic food-grade PP materials, poses the advantages of scratch resistance, durability, easy bending without cracking, and facilitating application and cutting, making the process more effortless and smooth. KD ECO+ laminates embody the expectation of beauty, offering a variety of selections ranging from hyperrealistic wood grain, extended series, and classic solid colors. The laminates also present seamless edges with uniform color, perfectly meeting all design needs and providing a fresh perspective on interior surface solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure daily compliance with all operating procedures. Oversee operations and implement management.
  • Execute Franchisor-approved marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Build relationships with local stakeholders to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Adopt and execute operational procedures of Keding Enterprises.
  • Formulate regular reports to the franchisor on performance indicators and metrics set.

Where will you start:

  • Lead market research, analyze competition, reflect on current sales model and business knowhows, and craft strategic business proposals.
  • Perform telemarketing job functionalities. Responsibilities include outbound calls to verify client information, invite clients to attend online product presentations, and host virtual product presentations to familiarize clients with product knowledge, applications, and the advantages of KD products.

Where will you progress:

  • Implement business strategy. Refine business model.
  • Perform business development in the assigned region.
  • Develop distribution channels; Build relationships with distributors.
  • Monitor team performances. Implement training to increase productivity.

Where will you be:

  • Manage sales operations in the branch office to meet sales targets.
  • Pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain distribution channels.
  • Maintain relationships with existing and new clients.

Business Partner Job Description:

Ideal Profile

  • 1-3 years of sales/business development managerial experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English or Mandarin
  • Call Center/BPO/Customer Service experience is a plus
  • Ability to differentiate between colors
  • Experience in related fields/industries is a plus.
  • Require 2 weeks of training in Taiwan (optional) and online training twice a month.
  • Experience in sales and business development is a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills are musts
  • Computer Literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
