We are looking for a Growth Associate - International Business who is obsessed with finding every marginal 1% gain possible.

Your role will be to uncover and reveal these gains and insights.

You'll need to have excellent relationship-building skills, solid presentation and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team and interact with multiple departments across the company.


Responsibilities:

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify key growth opportunities in international markets.
  • Analyze market trends and gather insights to help develop and implement effective expansion strategies.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions using marketing automation tools to increase awareness and drive sales in international markets.

Relationship Building:

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, counselors, bloggers, journalists, influencers, partners, and industry experts to expand our reach and influence in target markets.

Competitive Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.

Reporting:

  • Develop reports and presentations, both qualitative and quantitative, to communicate progress and results to the senior management team.

Deadline Management:

  • Ensure all deadlines are set and adhered to in a highpaced work environment.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Growth Associate, or similar role, preferably with a focus on international markets.
  • Experience in Business Development is preferred, but the team is also willing to teach the right person with the right attitude.

Skills:

  • Excellent relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and interact with multiple departments.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis.
  • Fair knowledge of digital marketing tools and proficiency in Google Sheets and Gstudio.
  • Strong analytical and research skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Incredibly organized and processdriven with a strong eye for detail.
  • Resourceful, with the belief that all problems are solvable and the initiative to find solutions independently.
