Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive at Kangaru Polymers, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and achieving ambitious targets in the highly competitive Mumbai market.

Your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by promoting and selling our range of construction chemical products and solutions.

With a sales target of 5 Crore and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success story of Kangaru Polymers and make a significant impact on the growth trajectory of the company.


Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve the assigned sales target of 5 Crore for the Mumbai region. Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.


2.30% New Business Development Month on Month: Prospect and acquire new clients in the construction industry, including contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.

Build and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Major Key Account Development:
Manage and nurture existing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities. Understand their needs, provide technical assistance, conduct product demonstrations, and offer customized solutions to ensure repetitive business.

  • Quarterly Market Analysis and

Competitor Monitoring:
Stay informed about market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. Analyse market dynamics to identify potential opportunities, challenges, and areas for product improvement or innovation.

Monthly Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track sales performance, and report on key metrics and KPIs regularly. Provide insights, recommendations, and updates to the sales management team.

Sales Presentations and Product Training:
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients, distributors, and internal teams. Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Kangaru Polymers' products and solutions.

Collaborative Approach:

Collaborate closely with the technical support team, marketing team, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns.


Continuous Learning and Skill Development:
Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your sales skills and expand your expertise in construction chemicals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in the construction chemical industry for Minimum 03 Years plus.
  • Strong network and relationships in the Mumbai construction industry, including contractors, builders, architects, and consultants and proven track record of Average sales of 3 Cr plus within
Mumbai Region.

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with customers.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Selfmotivated, targetdriven, and resultoriented individual with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
