To supervise and contribute in the functions of Sales within the Sales Department in all 3 hotels, ensuring that various activities of the hotel are properly and accurately recorded in accordance with Accor's Policies & Procedures and local regulations.

Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

To maximize of the hotel revenue in rooms and Banquets.

Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients.

Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Oversee the development of new marketing strategies.
