At DigitalPaani, we're building the future of water to help meet up to 65% of urban water needs and solve the growing water and climate crisis across the world. Today, 75% of the wastewater treatment facilities (STPs/ ETPs) in factories and buildings don't work properly because the expertise and data to handle such complex operations doesn't exist at the ground level. Our IoT-enabled software platform for water is serving this $17 billion opportunity by managing the complete operations cycle for each one of these facilities and transforming them into compliant units delivering high quality water. We've been awarded by Niti Aayog and FICCI for our innovative approach, backed by international investors like Elemental Excelerator (first Asian company in their portfolio), and serve top-tier clients like Amazon, Reliance, Tata Power, Taj Hotels, Dr Reddy's and more.

We seek a Growth Manager to drive growth for the organization to work closely with the leadership. This role involves conducting market research, driving business development efforts, and supporting strategic planning.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Market Analysis and Industry Tracking:

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs and behaviours to inform sales strategies
  • Interpret data to understand market dynamics and identify sales opportunities

Business development:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries articulating the products benefits
  • Identify and research potential leads that match Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Reach out to potential customers through emails and calls to introduce DigitalPaani and its offerings
  • Attend industry events and use social media to connect with potential customers
  • Evaluate leads to determine their potential and readiness for sales engagement
  • Assist the sales team in setting up meetings and preparing materials for pitches

Strategic Planning:

  • Assist in the development of strategic plans to the leadership
  • Track execution of plans and report to the leadership
  • Analyze sales and customer feedback data and report to the leadership

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

  • 2 to 6 years of top-tier experience in business strategy/ development, or a similar role in consulting or in a startup
  • Professionals from any educational background/major are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to candidates from Tier 1 colleges/ universities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and logical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent spoken and written fluency in English. Multilingualism is a plus
  • Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office
  • High level of humility, action-bias, dynamism, drive, and energy - great teammate
  • Mission and value-driven, optimistic and enthusiastic about transformative change
  • Willingness to travel 20-25% of the time (mostly within Delhi-NCR and other major cities)
