About the Role

  • Growth Marketing Manager
  • Responsibilities:
  • - Plan and execute various marketing activities such as GTM, creative strategy, digital marketing, cross-selling, and conversion funnel optimization
  • - Strategize for yearly planning of product lines, implementing new marketing initiatives for customer acquisition and retention
  • - Design campaigns based on customer insights gathered from market research and transactional profiles
  • - Explore new growth opportunities, develop innovative solutions to drive rapid growth, and establish and manage marketing partnerships
  • - Manage expenses, customer acquisition cost, and return on investment effectively
  • - Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Requirements:
  • - 5+ years of marketing and growth experience
  • - Strong judgment, intuition, and customer empathy to recognize successful marketing concepts
  • - Familiarity with the Indian media and digital market, including media cost dynamics and trends
  • - Highly innovative with a creative mindset
  • - Prior experience in Growth Marketing at a B2C fintech product start-up (BNPL, Cards, Loans) is a plus
  • - Proficient in leveraging customer insights and analytics for informed marketing decisions
