Position Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to execute our sales strategy and drive new customer acquisition in the region.

The Regional Sales Manager will lead all sales efforts, facilitate the onboarding of new customers, and build and motivate a team to achieve consistent business growth.


Duties & Responsibilities:
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through personal contributions and by leading direct reports.
Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
Control expenses and monitor budgets.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer onboarding objectives are met.
Engage with customers post-sale regarding project deployment, working closely with the projects and delivery team.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
Coach and develop direct reports.
Manage the day-to-day performance of the sales team to meet revenue targets.
Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales growth and team motivation.
Provide feedback, support, and coaching to the sales team.
Coordinate sales action plans and oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
Provide timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.

Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate from a reputed institute.
At least 3+ years of experience leading a B2B sales team.
Proficient in prospecting, qualifying, and delivering value-based demonstrations.
Consistently achieved/exceeded sales targets in previous roles.
Experienced with at least one CRM software for planning and driving team sales activities.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
Strong customer focus and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Experience in IT product sales (preferably payroll, HRS, or ERP product sales) with at least 5+ years of direct selling experience.
