Key Responsibilities:


Lead research projects from start to finish including Proposal Design (Objective, Research design, Sample Design, costing), Project Launch, Questionnaire design, Presentation preparation and sharing insights with clientsCollaborate with clients to develop strong proposals tailored to their requirements, including assisting with costing structure, methodological designs, and analytical framework, based on short research briefs or elaborate RFPs.

Independently manage all stages of market research project, demonstrating proficiency in proposal designs (objective, Research design, sample designs, costing), Project launch, Questionnaire design, presentation preparation, and client insight sharing.

Manage client relationship to ensure satisfaction by providing insightful recommendation and research-led consulting analysis during presentations.

Requirement:


8-10 years experience in Primary Quantitative Market Research with practical knowledge of research methodologiesStrong Client Focus and Pro activenessWorking knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysisExcellent project & team management skillsStrong understanding of consumer behaviorStrong Communication & Persuading SkillsRank holder and achieverGraduate with minimum of 60% scores throughout their academic careerCandidates having QMS certification would be preferred.
