We're seeking an enthusiastic executive for our Account Manager to support our Account Management team and manage an assigned portfolio of hotel customers.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Under general direction, responsible for interfacing with customers and Sales Director
  • Managing Salesforcerelated processes and assisting with reporting
  • Managing internal Reporting Tool with Market Insights/relevant reporting
  • Support customer meeting preparations such as customer presentations, hotel audits and report/data extraction.
  • Monitor market and competitor developments, develop insightful analysis of market trends and customer performance, and prepare and execute professional presentations to clients.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast of sales activity in the pipeline and regularly report sales metrics to management
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity, provide feedback to management and recommend sales strategies.
  • Transitional resource for turnover and Sales Directors on extended leave as required by business needs.

Experience/Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry; ideally in CRS or direct hotel background.
  • Advanced computer skills, especially with Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with good time prioritization skills will be critical to the success of this role.
  • Experience/Success working independently (remotely) as part of a team.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • English (a must)
  • Another language is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
