Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR), International. The SDR will be responsible for cold calling international prospective clients, handling gatekeepers, and booking demos. They will also be responsible for effectively communicating with clients and promoting WISE's products and services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to identify and qualify potential customers
- Deliver compelling sales pitches that highlight the value proposition of Wise for the identified pain points of target decision-makers
- Secure demo appointments with qualified leads through effective communication and negotiation
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
- Maintain relationships with the prospective and turn cold leads warm
Requirements
- A prior experience in B2B sales
- A prior experience in cold calling leads in USA/NA
- Must be comfortable with night shift, and multiple smaller shifts during the day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Exceptional phone and cold calling skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ideal Work experience in B2B sales : 1+
