A Quality Manager is responsible to ensure that all products meet consistent standards. They develop and implement quality assurance and control processes, and assist senior management in implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and document Quality Manuals
- Conduct audits with the engineering team on Quality Manuals
- Train engineering team on quality procedures and manuals
- Collect in-process data and create dashboards for senior management
- Analyze data, identify outliers, and suggest corrective actions
- Interface with External Audit teams
- Suggest process improvements
Requirements and Skills:
- Certified ISO and CMMI Auditor
- Proven experience as a quality manager
- In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and legal standards
- Ability to develop automation scripts for data collection and analysis
- Proficient in MS Office
- Conscientious, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Education:
(B.E/B.Tech) or (M.E./M.Tech.) in Computer Science/Electronics/Communication Engineering or equivalent
