Job Description
Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Community Manager dinámico/a y creativo/a para unirse a nuestro equipo en Quito. Este profesional será responsable de gestionar y potenciar la presencia de nuestra agencia en las redes sociales, asegurando que nuestra comunicación en línea sea efectiva y esté alineada con nuestros objetivos estratégicos. Reportará directamente a la Dirección de Marketing Digital, colaborando activamente en la planificación e implementación de estrategias de comunicación digital.
INDISPENSABLE: Adjuntar en su CV el portafolio de marcas manejadas como Community Manager.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar el calendario de contenido para todas las plataformas sociales, asegurando la coherencia y relevancia del mensaje.
  • Monitorear, analizar e informar sobre el rendimiento de las publicaciones y campañas en redes sociales.
  • Gestionar y moderar las comunidades online, respondiendo de manera oportuna y adecuada a los comentarios y mensajes.
  • Implementar estrategias para incrementar el alcance y la interacción en nuestras plataformas digitales.
  • Crear y curar contenido atractivo y de alta calidad que refuerce la imagen de marca, incluyendo texto, imagen y video.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de marketing y diseño para crear campañas publicitarias integradas.
  • Identificar y analizar tendencias en redes sociales para adaptar y optimizar nuestras estrategias de comunicación.
  • Gestionar relaciones con influencers y otros socios digitales para amplificar el alcance de nuestras campañas.
  • Organizar y participar en eventos en línea como webinar y transmisiones en vivo.
  • Mantenerse actualizado con los cambios en las plataformas de redes sociales y las nuevas tecnologías en el ámbito digital.
Requisitos
  • Mínimo dos años de experiencia en gestión de redes sociales o roles similares dentro del ámbito digital.
  • Titulación en Comunicación, Marketing Digital, Publicidad o campos relacionados.
  • Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Habilidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en herramientas de gestión de redes sociales como Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Zoho Social, entre otros.
  • Capacidad para analizar datos y elaborar informes de rendimiento.
  • Creatividad e iniciativa para proponer y desarrollar nuevas ideas de contenido.
  • Experiencia en la creación y edición de contenido visual y audiovisual.
  • Conocimientos básicos de SEO y marketing de contenidos.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo fines de semana si se requiere.

Requirements
Identificar y seleccionar Influencers: Identificar y seleccionar influencers relevantes dentro del nicho o industria de la empresa. Evaluar su autenticidad, alcance y relevancia, alineándolos con los objetivos de la marca. Establecer relaciones: Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con influencers a través de diversos canales, como correo electrónico y redes sociales, asegurando una comunicación efectiva y coherente. Negociar y gestionar contratos: Negociar términos y condiciones para colaboraciones, elaborar contratos claros y detallados y garantizar su cumplimiento. Desarrollar estrategias de contenido: Colaborar con influencers en la creación de contenido relevante y atractivo, supervisar su producción y distribución. Realizar seguimiento y análisis: Realizar seguimiento del rendimiento de las colaboraciones, analizar datos para evaluar el impacto de las campañas y optimizar futuras estrategias. Mantenerse actualizado: Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tendencias y prácticas en marketing de influencers, adaptar continuamente las estrategias en función de los cambios del mercado. Coordinar entrega de productos: Coordinar la entrega de productos entre influencers, managers y la marca, asegurando una planificación eficiente y la gestión de reportes periódicos. Experiencia laboral comprobada de 1 a 2 años en Agencias de Publicidad, Relaciones públicas o Marketing Digital. Formación en Marketing Digital, Publicidad y Marketing. Experiencia en el manejo efectivo de software de gestión de proyectos, como Asana, Zoho, Jira u otros. Noción básica de producción audiovisual. Habilidad para garantizar el cumplimiento de horarios de publicación de influencers. Destreza en redacción creativa. Familiaridad con las tendencias del mercado y habilidades en marketing. Competencia en la gestión eficiente del calendario interno. Adaptabilidad a entornos de trabajo dinámicos. Disponibilidad de tiempo para trabajar fines de semana en caso de requerirse o en horarios fuera de oficina para coordinarse con Influences. Disponibilidad para viajar.
