Responsibilities
- Shape the sales organization and drive revenue growth to the next level as a Sales Manager
- Develop sales strategies, build a team, and oversee enterprise and mid-market sales
- Own business development plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
- Evangelize the product, lead deal closures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Establish partnerships and maintain visibility over the sales pipeline

Skills and Qualifications
- 0-4 years of sales experience with SDR and AE management and a proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and ability to coach others
- Analytical skills to drive actions through data and metrics
- Proficiency in influencing cross-functional teams
