Business Development ExecutiveLocation:

Job Summary:


As a Business Development Executive at Plutus Ventures, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the IT hardware industry.

You will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
Analyse industry developments and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential and strategic fit.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Develop rapport with key decision-makers and influencers to position Plutus Ventures as a trusted partner.

Sales Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and targets.
Identify key accounts and develop customized sales strategies to penetrate new markets and segments.

Proposal Development and Presentation:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Customize solutions to address client needs and pain points, highlighting the unique value proposition of Plutus Ventures.

Contract Negotiation and Closure:
Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Close deals in a timely manner while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Track sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT hardware industry.
Strong understanding of IT products and solutions, including networking equipment, servers, storage solutions, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
