As Specscart, we are a rapidly growing eyewear company in the UK, looking to transform the eyewear industry. With 6 years of experience, we are currently expanding, having 3 successful Retail stores in the UK and planning to open 5 more stores by the end of the year. Our IT headquarters is based in India and we are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer/ Team Lead to join our team.

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Team Lead/ Senior Full Stack Developer to create scalable software solutions. You will work within a cross-functional team responsible for the entire software development process, from inception to deployment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both front-end and back-end coding languages, various development frameworks, and third-party libraries. Additionally, you should possess leadership skills, a flair for visual design, and practicality.


If you are well-versed in Agile methodologies, we are interested in meeting with you to collaborate with our development and design teams to brainstorm software solutions.


  • - Design client-side and server-side architecture
  • - Develop visually appealing front-end applications
  • - Manage efficient databases and applications
  • - Write effective APIs and ensure software responsiveness and efficiency
  • - Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance software
  • - Establish security and data protection measures
  • - Construct feature-rich applications with mobile responsive designs
  • - Write technical documentation for Web Applications

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. React Js, Next JS, HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, bootstrap)
  • Experience with multiple back-end languages (e.g. Node.Js, Python, PHP)
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and UI/UX design
  • Hands-on experience with Node.Js, React is preferred
  • Prior experience as a Software Developer, Team Lead, or senior developer will be advantageous
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a collaborative work style, willingness to share knowledge, and eagerness to explore new technologies
  • Lead or engage in design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions
  • Conduct unit tests and work on bug fixing and enhancing website performance
  • Stay updated on new technologies to optimize development opportunities (Compensation: Negotiable based on the candidate)
  • Schedule: Six-day workweek (3rd Sat off)
