  • Client Servicing: Proven track record of providing exceptional client service, building strong relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring their needs are understood, met, and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Strategic mindset with a focus on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge, networks, and market insights to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.
  • Lead Conversion: Strong aptitude for nurturing leads, understanding client requirements, and effectively converting leads into tangible business opportunities, demonstrating persuasive communication skills and a solutions-oriented approach.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in event planning, activation management, or related roles, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate contracts, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for experiential marketing and a keen awareness of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for event assignments.
